Chris Pratt recently spoke out about the importance of having a positive attitude while working in Hollywood. The 45-year-old actor, known for his roles in films like Jurassic World, emphasized the detrimental impact of bad attitudes on set during a panel discussion for his upcoming movie, Netflix’s The Electric State, at New York Comic Con 2024.

Pratt, alongside his co-star Millie Bobby Brown from Stranger Things, highlighted the significance of maintaining a good attitude in the moviemaking business. He expressed his disapproval for actors who bring negativity to the set, stating that it can ruin the experience for everyone involved and ultimately lead to a short-lived career in the industry.

The actor’s comments shed light on the challenges of working in a high-pressure environment like Hollywood and the importance of approaching the job with a positive mindset. Pratt emphasized the need for actors to appreciate the opportunity to live out their dreams and to bring a sense of joy and enthusiasm to their work.

Speaking about his experience working on The Electric State, Pratt had nothing but praise for his young co-star, Millie Bobby Brown. He commended her not only for her talent but also for her compassion and love for animals. Pratt shared how Brown would go above and beyond to care for animals on set, showcasing her kind-hearted nature.

The actor also shared that he and Brown developed a strong bond while filming, becoming fast friends in the process. Pratt jokingly mentioned that Brown would have a hard time getting rid of him, highlighting the camaraderie and mutual respect that developed between the two co-stars.

The Electric State, based on a graphic novel by Simon Stålenhag, is directed by the Russo Brothers and follows Brown’s character on a quest to find her brother in a world overrun by robots. The film features a talented cast, including Ke Huy Quan and Stanley Tucci, as well as voice performances from Jason Alexander, Jenny Slate, Anthony Mackie, and others.

The Russo Brothers, known for their work on the Avengers films and popular TV shows like Community and Arrested Development, are set to continue their successful partnership with upcoming Marvel projects. Following The Electric State, the duo is set to direct Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, showcasing their versatility and talent in the entertainment industry.

Overall, Chris Pratt’s remarks on the importance of a positive attitude in Hollywood serve as a reminder of the value of professionalism and camaraderie in the industry. His collaboration with Millie Bobby Brown on The Electric State exemplifies the power of teamwork and mutual respect in creating memorable cinematic experiences.
