The FaZe Clan Los Angeles house members, which include Alex “Adapt,” Jerry “Silky,” Jason “Jasontheween,” Nick “Lacy,” and Rani “Stable Ronaldo,” have reportedly received an eviction notice. Screenshots shared by a member of Lacy’s “Thugs” X community, known as @terrion_terror, revealed that the mansion is listed on MLS.com for rent. The property, located in Studio City, offers a massive 12,000 square feet of living space, with nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The rental amount is set at $75,000, and the property is expected to be available for occupancy on January 15, 2026.

As of now, none of the FaZe Clan members have addressed the potential move out publicly. Interestingly, the group has taken a break from streaming, with members like Jasontheween, Lacy, Adapt, and Stable Ronaldo last seen live on December 18. This pause is unusual for FaZe Clan, known for their consistent streaming schedule, especially during events like “FaZemas,” which is currently ongoing.

@terrion_terror expressed concern that the listing may signal the end of “LA FaZe content,” hinting at a possible shift for the group. In a separate development, core members of FaZe Clan have unfollowed the former CEO, Richard “Banks,” following his departure from the organization after the MLG coin controversy. Banks had announced his decision to step away from the internet in July 2025, citing the detrimental impact on his life.

FaZe Clan had later clarified in September that past members like Banks have no current affiliation with the collective, distancing themselves from any controversies. On a positive note, FaZe Clan won the “Best Content Organization” award at the Streamer Awards 2025, highlighting their continued success in the industry.

Overall, the FaZe Clan members’ eviction notice and streaming hiatus, along with the unfollowing of former CEO Banks, suggest potential changes within the group. Fans will have to wait and see how these developments impact the future of FaZe Clan and their content creation endeavors.
