WrestleMania is now only just over 60 days away, and Cody Rhodes isn’t paid to be the matchmaker in WWE. However, he expressed to TMZ Sports that he would love to see a match between Logan Paul and Bad Bunny at WrestleMania 42 in Sin City.
We caught up with the former Undisputed WWE Champion in New York City, where we asked him whether he hopes Bad Bunny finds his way back to the WWE in time for WrestleMania 42.
“I hope we get him back,” Rhodes said. “He did a wonderful job, but he’s on top of the world right now.”
Bad Bunny recently delivered a highly acclaimed performance during the Super Bowl halftime show, garnering 128.2 million viewers. He referred to his show as an “all-timer,” with his personal favorite being Prince’s Super Bowl performance from 2007.
Bad Bunny has previous experience in the WWE, notably participating in a San Juan Street Fight against Damian Priest in May 2023. As for a potential opponent for Bad Bunny, Cody Rhodes suggested Logan Paul, who has established himself as a legitimate WWE Superstar since his debut in April 2021.
With Bad Bunny’s schedule allowing for a break in March and May, there might be a possibility for his highly anticipated return to the WWE for WrestleMania 42.
