NASCAR driver Corey Heim found himself in a tense moment during the Championship 4 race at Phoenix Raceway on October 31, 2025. The 150-lap race saw Heim losing his temper after Ty Majeski surged ahead of him during stage two.

Heim, representing Tricon Garage, qualified in the sixth position for the 150-mile race on the one-mile paved track. Despite starting in P6, Heim managed to take the lead on lap 22 of stage one and went on to finish the stage in first place. He continued his strong performance by winning stage two as well. However, during the final stage, Majeski outpaced him on pit road, leading to Heim expressing his frustration over the team radio.

“It’s a fu*king joke trying to get out of my pit box. This is terrible, man,” Heim vented his frustration.

Majeski was the first driver to leave the pit road, followed by Heim, Brent Crews, Rajah Caruth, Tanner Gray, Kaden Honeycutt, and Layne Riggs. Heim, Majeski, Honeycutt, and Tyler Ankrum were all vying for the Championship title.

In a recent development, Heim addressed rumors about him switching OEMs in the 2026 season. After Pat McAfee suggested a potential move to RAM, Heim denied the claim, reaffirming his commitment to Toyota.

Having started his Truck Series career in 2021 with Kyle Busch Motorsports before moving to Tricon Garage in 2023, Heim has been a dominant force in the series. He has secured 20 wins for Toyota and signed a deal with 23XI Racing in February 2025 to serve as a development driver.

Despite his success, Heim has yet to clinch the Championship title, finishing in P4 in 2023 and P2 in 2024. As he competes in his fifth season in the series, Heim remains focused on claiming the coveted title and solidifying his position as a top contender in NASCAR.

In conclusion, Corey Heim’s journey in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series has been marked by both triumphs and challenges. With a steadfast commitment to Toyota and a drive for success, Heim continues to push boundaries and strive for greatness on the racetrack.
