D4vd Case
Security Cameras at His Hollywood Hills Rental…
Prevent Unnoticed Entrances or Exits

The rented Hollywood Hills abode where singer D4vd resided is equipped with a security system featuring external cameras, tracking all comings and goings, according to information obtained by TMZ.
Homeowner Malden Trifunovic, who rents the residence to D4vd’s manager, noted the cameras were installed long before Josh Marshall committed to a lease in February 2024 at a staggering $20,000 per month. This is now a pertinent fact, as police investigations concerning the death of Celeste Rivas have taken root here.
The homeowner asserts the cameras are strategically placed at entry points, in the backyard, and observing the street. He is confident that it is virtually impossible for anyone to enter or exit without being recorded.
This information is crucial, especially as investigators are exploring the possibility that Celeste was killed within the premises. Reports indicate they have searched for blood traces throughout the home.
Interestingly, Trifunovic has chosen not to access the security footage himself, wanting to avoid making his tenants feel as though they are under constant surveillance. When new tenants move in, he provides them with security company details to set up personal access to the cameras.
While the LAPD has not communicated with Trifunovic about the investigation or whether they have acquired any footage, he expresses confusion over why the police would not seek access to the video.

It’s worth noting that D4vd appeared to have been living at the property, and investigations have uncovered shared connections between the singer and Celeste, including identical tattoos, shared song lyrics, and numerous photos and videos of them together.
Tragically, Celeste’s body was discovered dismembered and decomposing in D4vd’s abandoned Tesla, which was parked near his residence and subsequently towed before the remains were located. Police have been meticulously combing the vicinity for any surveillance footage that might assist in identifying the driver and unravelling this case further.
Trifunovic expresses uncertainty regarding Celeste’s presence at the rental home, admitting he had only brief conversations with Josh three times since the lease began, and he was unaware D4vd was living at the property. He shared that after discussing matters last weekend, both he and Josh agreed that terminating the lease would be the best course of action, with plans to vacate by the end of the week.
