“Dancing With the Stars” continues to sizzle in the ratings department, with the recent “Halloween Night” episode on Oct. 28 drawing in an impressive 6.74 million total viewers, as reported by ABC. This marks yet another season high for the show, which has been on a steady upward trajectory since its season premiere.

The “Halloween Night” episode saw a 2% increase from the previous week, despite airing at the same time as Game 4 of the World Series on Fox. It was the top non-sports program of the evening across networks, trailing only behind the World Series in viewership.

In addition to its strong viewership numbers, the episode also garnered a 1.36 rating among adults 18-49, making it the second-highest rated episode of the season. This slight dip from the previous week’s season high of 1.38 rating still solidifies the show’s popularity among key demographics.

Comparing this year’s “Halloween Night” episode to last year’s, the show saw significant growth in both Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. Total Viewership was up by 41%, while the rating among Adults 18-49 nearly doubled, showing a 97% increase.

ABC noted that this year’s “Halloween Night” episode was the most-watched in seven years among viewers and had the highest adults 18-49 average in eight years. The show’s producer, BBC Studios, also reported a high in fan voting numbers, with 55.26 million votes cast on the night, reflecting a 4% increase from the previous week.

“Dancing with the Stars” has set a remarkable milestone this season, becoming the only fall show to consistently grow its audience for six consecutive weeks since Nielsen electronic measurement began in 1991. The show’s next episode, “Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Night,” is set to air on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+, with streaming available on Hulu the following day. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Flavor Flav will make a special appearance as part of the judging panel.
