This past Sunday, alongside House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Booker orchestrated a āsit-inā protest on the steps of the Capitol.

This latest act of defiance follows Bookerās record-setting speech in the Senate, where he passionately addressed the chamber for over 24 hours.
Earlier this month, an animated Booker took to the Senate floor, passionately criticizing both President Trump and Elon Musk for a staggering duration, leaving no stone unturned in his lengthy oration.

The protest turned out to be a lackluster affair, reminiscent of a 90s rap video with hardly anyone in attendance.
