Democrats’ Unhinged Rhetoric Incites Third Assassination Attempt on President Trump – The White House

This past weekend witnessed another attempt on President Donald J. Trump’s life by what has been described as a radical leftist, marking the third assassination attempt on him in less than two years.

This attack was not a random incident; it is seen as a consequence of the Democrats’ ongoing use of reckless and inflammatory language. By continually labeling President Trump, his administration, and millions of Americans as “fascists,” “Nazis,” and “threats,” Democrats have allegedly fostered a dangerous environment that repeatedly encourages violence among their supporters.

According to Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, the manifesto of the alleged assassin echoes Democratic rhetoric — “indistinguishable from the words we hear daily from their party.”

The rhetoric has intensified throughout President Trump’s second term:

  • In the days leading up to the recent assassination attempt, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced that Democrats “are in an era of maximum warfare, everywhere, all the time” against Republicans.
  • Sen. Chuck Schumer urged his supporters to “be forcefully rising up against” President Trump.
  • Gov. Josh Shapiro stated that “heads do need to roll” within the Trump Administration.
  • Gov. Gavin Newsom encouraged his followers to “punch these sons of bitches in the mouth.”
  • Gov. Tim Walz proclaimed his state is “at war with our federal government.”
  • Gov. JB Pritzker asserted that “Republicans cannot know a moment of peace,” advocating for “mobilization” and “disruption” against disliked officials.
  • Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman demanded to “eliminate the President of the United States from the office right now, and the rest of the sycophants in his Administration.”
  • Rep. Jasmine Crockett warned Republicans: “We are gonna be in your face; we are gonna be on your asses.”
  • Sen. Chris Van Hollen urged Democrats to “fight this in the streets.”
  • Rep. Dan Goldman alleged that President Trump was seeking to “take over this country as a fascist dictator.”
  • Rep. Delia Ramirez described the Trump Administration as a “fascist regime.”
  • Rep. Ayanna Pressley referred to President Trump as “a fascist.”
  • Rep. John Larson accused the Trump Administration of deploying “the SS” and “the Gestapo” across the United States.
  • Sen. Alex Padilla claimed people were “dying because of fear and terror” attributed to the Trump Administration.
  • Sen. Elizabeth Warren argued that President Trump was transforming the nation into a “fascist state.”
  • Sen. Jeff Merkley compared President Trump to a dictator.
  • Sen. Adam Schiff charged President Trump with employing a “dictator playbook.”
  • Sen. Ed Markey characterized President Trump as a “dictator” and “authoritarianism on steroids.”

This is just a sampling of the intense rhetoric from Democrats in recent months.

For over a decade, Democrats are accused of normalizing the language of violence and rebellion, only to express shock when their more extreme supporters act on it.

It is time for a change. President Trump has called on Americans to “recommit with their hearts in resolving our differences peacefully.”
