Minorities in New York Support ICE Raids to Remove Criminal Illegal Migrants

While there is controversy surrounding President Trump’s efforts to deport violent criminal illegal migrants, many minorities in New York are actually celebrating the removal of these dangerous individuals from their communities.

Residents in the Bronx, particularly black and Hispanic individuals, cheered Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s recent raids that targeted “asylum seekers” with warrants for serious crimes like murder and kidnapping. One resident, 80-year-old Evelyn Brown, summed it up perfectly by saying, “Get them the hell out of the street so people don’t have to walk in fear.”

It’s clear that poor and minority neighborhoods have been disproportionately affected by anti-law-and-order policies, leading to increased crime rates and illegal immigration. For example, Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights, Queens, has become overrun by criminals, drugs, and violence due to the lack of cooperation with ICE.

President Trump’s promise to enforce the law and deport criminal migrants has resonated with many non-white voters, leading to significant support from communities that have been impacted by crime and illegal immigration. His stance on border security and law enforcement has attracted voters from diverse backgrounds, including a 35% increase in support from the Bronx and a historic flip of Starr County, Texas.

While critics may label Trump’s actions as racist or oppressive, the reality is that many minority communities are in favor of stronger law enforcement measures and the removal of dangerous individuals from their neighborhoods. Contrary to popular belief, these communities are not seeking less police presence but rather more protection from crime and violence.

Despite the opposition from progressive voices who claim that ICE raids are rooted in white supremacy, the support from minority New Yorkers speaks volumes about the real impact of these actions. Ultimately, the goal is to create safer communities and reduce the threat posed by criminal illegal migrants.
