Denise Richards once vowed never to go through a divorce again, but just four months later, her marriage to Aaron Phypers came to an unexpected end.
During an episode of her reality show “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things” in March, she acknowledged the challenges of being married to her, with Phypers jokingly agreeing that he was done. However, Richards remained adamant about never getting divorced again.
Phypers also expressed his commitment to the marriage, suggesting they could maintain separate residences if necessary but vowed not to harbor any hatred towards each other.
However, on a recent Monday, Phypers filed for divorce from Richards, officially ending their six-year union. The court documents cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, with Phypers requesting spousal support and revealing their substantial monthly expenses.
Richards and Phypers began their relationship in 2017 and exchanged vows in a picturesque Malibu ceremony in September 2018. This was Richards’ second marriage, following her previous union with Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006.
