Diablo 4 players have been facing Wardrobe and transmog issues after the December update, with many reporting various problems with cosmetic items. These issues are not game-breaking but can be frustrating for players who have earned or purchased these items. The lack of communication from Blizzard on whether they are working to fix these problems has left players in the dark.
One player, Chuck0709, created a Google Sheet to document all the cosmetics they have access to and whether they are working properly. The issues range from placeholder items showing up as pink squares to helmets with corrupted textures and purchased Reliquary gear slots being locked for some players. Even if items appear normal, they may not be usable in transmogs, causing the “confirm” button to grey out until they are changed.
Many players, across different character classes, have noticed issues with their Wardrobe in Diablo 4. Despite at least one patch being rolled out since these problems started, there have been no official statements from Blizzard addressing the issue. While the game is still playable, players are unable to use some of the cosmetics they have unlocked.
It is hoped that these issues will be resolved soon to improve the overall gaming experience for Diablo 4 players. In the meantime, players are advised to stay tuned for any updates from Blizzard regarding the transmog problems.
