Diane Keaton was transported from her home in the Los Angeles area on Saturday after an ambulance arrived, leading to her unfortunate passing … the fire department’s dispatch audio indicated a “person down.”
TMZ secured the 911 call audio related to the incident at Diane’s residence, where you can hear “Rescue 19, person down” prior to the dispatcher mentioning her address.
As previously reported … LAFD confirmed they responded to Diane’s residence at 8:08 AM Saturday, where one individual was taken to a nearby hospital.
Sources inform us that the individual transported by ambulance was Diane.
