Sean Combs Denies Reports of Homemade Alcohol in Prison
Sean Combs, also known as P. Diddy, has been at the center of recent rumors regarding his time at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. Reports emerged claiming that he was caught with homemade alcohol, commonly referred to as ‘prison hooch’. The alleged concoction was said to be a fermented mixture of apples, Fanta soda, and sugar.
However, Combs’ legal team and spokespersons have vehemently denied these reports. A statement posted on Combs’ official X account on November 9, 2025, stated, “The rumors claiming Mr. Combs was caught with alcohol are completely false. His only focus is becoming the best version of himself and returning to his family.”
Juda Engelmayer, Combs’ spokesperson, also addressed the issue, stating, “Mr. Combs is in his first week at FCI Fort Dix and is focused on adjusting, working on himself, and doing better each day.” Engelmayer emphasized that Combs has not violated any prison rules and is taking his sobriety seriously.
It was previously reported that Combs had requested to be transferred to Fort Dix for its drug abuse program, as he had recently gotten sober for the first time in 25 years. Despite these efforts, rumors of the alleged hooch incident have led to Combs’ release date being pushed back by one month, to June 2028.
The controversy surrounding Combs’ time in prison continues to be a topic of discussion, but the music mogul remains focused on his rehabilitation and personal growth during his incarceration.
