Diddy’s legal troubles continue as a judge ruled in favor of the rapper’s defense team following a raid on his prison cell by the Feds. The hearing, which took place at MDC Brooklyn, saw Diddy’s defense team accusing prosecutors of unlawfully obtaining privileged material during the raid.

Judge Arun Subramanian ordered the prosecutors to destroy any copies of the seized legal notes and prohibited them from consulting the material until a final decision is made on whether it can be used in the trial. The prosecution denied intentionally seizing the legal notes but complied with the judge’s orders to “Get rid of them.”

The prosecution defended the raid, claiming it was justified due to Diddy allegedly attempting to influence witnesses and prospective jurors while behind bars. However, Diddy’s attorney argued that the search violated the rapper’s rights.

Furthermore, the defense accused the Feds of seizing attorney-client privileged material related to Diddy’s upcoming sex trafficking and racketeering trial. The prosecution countered by stating that most of the material seized was personal to Diddy.

This legal saga is just the latest development in Diddy’s ongoing troubles. The rapper is set to stand trial on May 5 after being indicted in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy has maintained his innocence, pleading not guilty to the charges and unsuccessfully attempting to secure bail on two occasions. His third bail hearing is scheduled for November 22.

In addition to his legal woes, Diddy is also facing several lawsuits alleging various misconduct, including rape, physical and sexual assault, and trafficking. Despite the mounting allegations against him, Diddy has vehemently denied all accusations.
