‘Victim 3’ Refuses to Cooperate with Prosecution…
Unwilling to Testify

Published May 8, 2025 1:29 PM PDT

Federal prosecutors are facing a challenge with one of their key witnesses in the Diddy sex trafficking trial, as “Victim 3” has consistently expressed her refusal to testify, according to sources close to the case.

Lead prosecutor Maurene Comey acknowledged during jury selection that there is uncertainty regarding the alleged victim’s willingness to appear in court and testify against Diddy. Despite being subpoenaed, the woman, identified as one of Diddy’s ex-girlfriends, has not been cooperative and her attorney is difficult to reach.

The woman in question has consistently declined to engage with prosecutors and has never indicated a willingness to testify at the trial, according to reliable sources.

This raises concerns about the inclusion of “Victim 3” in the indictment, as the prosecution may need to address her absence during opening statements next week.

Currently, it remains uncertain which witnesses the prosecution will call upon at the onset of the trial.

The prosecution faces critical decisions regarding “Victim 3,” particularly whether to mention her in their opening statement. Any absence on her part could raise doubts among the jury and impact the prosecution’s case significantly.

Prosecutors have indicated that the woman’s narrative will not be addressed until the latter part of the trial. She will be portrayed during opening statements as one of the numerous women allegedly subjected to abuse and exploitation by Diddy.

The indictment identifies her as an alleged victim of sex trafficking.

Cassie, another former partner of Diddy, is known as “Victim 1” and is expected to provide testimony under her real name. The timing of her testimony, however, remains uncertain.

She is currently in New York City, visibly pregnant and estimated to be close to full term.

Three out of the four alleged victims in the case are former girlfriends of Diddy. Prosecutors have mentioned that “Victim 2” is anticipated to provide anonymous testimony regarding the financial and emotional toll she endured during her relationship with Diddy, rendering her susceptible to his manipulation.
