Diddy‘s legal team is celebrating a significant win at the recent federal criminal trial, while vehemently refuting the latest lawsuit accusing the mogul of ejaculating on a man with his semen after masturbating into a Notorious B.I.G. shirt.
Diddy’s attorneys have swiftly responded to the suit filed by the John Doe plaintiff, who alleges that Diddy threw the semen-soaked shirt at him, causing the substance to splash on his lap and arm.
The lawsuit follows Diddy’s recent acquittal of racketeering and sex trafficking charges at his federal criminal trial in NYC, where he was convicted of lesser charges related to transportation for prostitution.
In a statement, Diddy’s legal team states, “Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.”

The statement continues, “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
According to the lawsuit, John Doe alleges a series of disturbing events involving Diddy, culminating in the incident at an L.A. warehouse in 2020.
The man claims Diddy pressured him to take drugs during a music listening session, leading to a chaotic scene at the warehouse where Diddy allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior.
The plaintiff alleges that Diddy performed lewd acts, including ejaculating on the Notorious B.I.G. shirt and making inappropriate remarks before leaving the room.
In addition, the lawsuit includes claims of sexual misconduct and emotional distress against Diddy, indicating a troubling pattern of behavior.
