Diddy was handed a 50-month prison sentence just weeks ago … and now we have insights into the special conditions awaiting him upon release, which include extensive ongoing treatment.
The specific supervision conditions were documented as part of the judgment in his criminal case on Wednesday … among them are standard protocols like submitting to searches, and refraining from any contact with the victims involved in his case.

Diddy is required to engage in outpatient programs focusing on substance abuse and mental health … during which he must adhere to prescribed medication unless advised otherwise by a healthcare provider.
Moreover, the rapper will need to be part of a court-approved domestic violence program … a reasonable expectation, given the infamous incident involving Cassie that was captured on camera back in 2016 in a Los Angeles hotel.
As part of the standard terms for release, there’s a stipulation preventing him from owning or accessing firearms or other dangerous weapons.

It’s important to note that Diddy’s residences in Miami, L.A., and New York were subjected to searches resulting in the discovery of multiple guns, with some weapons reportedly having their serial numbers scratched off.
As previously reported … Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Diddy to over 4 years in federal prison following his conviction on two charges under the Mann Act. The charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering did not result in a conviction.
Diddy has yet to be assigned to a prison … though Judge Subramanian expressed a preference for him to serve his sentence near the New York City area. Diddy’s legal team requested the court suggest to the Bureau of Prisons that he be placed in the low-security facility FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey.
For now, Diddy is aware of what his post-incarceration life will entail.
