David “Heavy D” Sparks, one of the prominent figures from “The Diesel Brothers,” has been freed from federal custody following his recent arrest tied to a bench warrant… as reported by TMZ.
Recent legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that a judge has sanctioned Sparks’ release from U.S. Marshals’ custody due to a mutual agreement that specific details will be provided to ‘Utah Physicians for a Wealthy Environment’ within ten days post-hearing.
Previously reported… Sparks was booked and arrested on Tuesday morning in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The bench warrant was issued due to unpaid dues associated with a Clean Air Act lawsuit involving a plaintiff recognized as Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment.
Sparks allegedly owes a total of $843,602.23 in expenses that remain unsettled.
Notably, Sparks and his associate David “Diesel Dave” Kiley caught the attention of car enthusiast Jay Leno who featured them on his show after their popular YouTube videos went viral.

Since their rise, they have mingled with major celebrities like Ye, Jake, and Logan Paul, and had a thrilling experience with former NFL player Marshawn Lynch.
Marshawn had an exhilarating time crushing a Jeep in a monster truck and even performed some donuts for extra fun.
