Dustin Johnson’s LIV Golf team, 4Aces GC, is gearing up for the 2026 season with a new deal in place. According to golf analyst Josh Carpenter, the team has signed a brand deal with Under Armour, which will see them sporting the company’s apparel in the upcoming season. The news was shared by Nuclr Golf on its X (formerly Twitter) account, announcing the partnership.
Meanwhile, Dustin Johnson is currently taking a break from the field after wrapping up the 2025 season in August. Last season, he participated in the LIV Golf circuit, as well as major events and DP World Tour tournaments. However, he is set to kick off the 2026 season by playing in a DP World Tour event, specifically the Hero Dubai Desert Classic in January. Johnson expressed his excitement for the tournament, highlighting the prestigious history of the event and the caliber of past champions.
The Hero Dubai Desert Classic is scheduled to take place from January 22 to 25 at the Emirates Golf Club and will feature top players like Rory McIlroy. Although Johnson struggled in the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship last season, finishing T71, he is determined to make a strong start this season on the DP World Tour. The LIV Golf season for 2026 is set to begin in February.
Reflecting on his performances from the previous season, Johnson had a mixed bag of results on the LIV Golf circuit. While he started with a T44 finish in Riyadh, he managed to secure notable finishes like a T5 in Singapore, a T7 in Mexico City, and a tie for seventh in Andalucia. Additionally, he clinched a third-place finish in the Indianapolis event, showcasing his potential for the upcoming season.
As the anticipation builds for the 2026 season, Dustin Johnson and his team are ready to make their mark with Under Armour’s support. Stay tuned for more updates on their journey in the world of golf.
