Artem Chigvintsev, the professional dancer known for his appearances on “Dancing with the Stars,” found himself in a legal battle with his ex-wife, Nikki Garcia. He stated that they had agreed she would be present for his surgery and care for Matteo, but she chose work over his medical needs.
