But then I was actually in the office and AJ came up to me and said, ‘What do you think about this Jake Paul fight?’ And I said, ‘I think you beat him easy.’ And he said, ‘So do I. So let’s do it!'”

While Hearn admits the chances of the fight happening are slim, he says there’s still a “very good chance” it goes down.

“I think that there’s a very good chance that fight will happen next,” Hearn said. “I think there’s a very good chance that fight will happen next. I think that both guys are very excited about it.”

As for the matchup itself, Hearn says Joshua would have a significant size advantage over Paul, who typically fights at around 190 pounds, compared to Joshua’s 240-pound frame.

While Paul has been training and competing in boxing for a few years now, Joshua is a former unified heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist.

Regardless of the outcome, Hearn believes the fight would be a huge draw and generate a lot of interest from fans around the world.

While nothing is set in stone yet, the prospect of Anthony Joshua stepping into the ring with Jake Paul is certainly an intriguing one. Stay tuned for updates on this potential matchup!

Eddie Hearn, AJ’s representative, is confident that Jake Paul’s partner, Nikisa, and MVP believe they can beat Anthony Joshua. In every conversation Eddie has with them, he can’t help but be amazed by their confidence. “Oh my God, they actually think they can beat him,” Eddie exclaimed.

Eddie went on to express his belief that there is a very good chance that Jake Paul will face Anthony Joshua in the near future. “And I think there’s a very good chance you’re going to see it next!” he added.

As the discussions surrounding a potential matchup between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua continue, Eddie is at the center of it all. He is well aware of the interest in the fight and the speculation surrounding whether Jake Paul, with a record of 12-1 and 7 KOs, stands a chance against the former heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist, Anthony Joshua.

Despite the hype surrounding Jake Paul’s boxing career, Eddie remains skeptical about his chances against Anthony Joshua. “This isn’t Jake Paul fighting Mike Tyson … this is AJ, sorry, Jake Paul fighting one of the most dangerous fighters, pound for pound, in the sport,” Eddie emphasized.

While Eddie is doubtful about Jake Paul’s abilities to take on Anthony Joshua, Jake himself seems unfazed by the challenge. “I think it’s wildly dangerous. I think Jake Paul is a madman,” Jake confidently stated.

As the boxing world eagerly awaits a potential showdown between Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua, the debate over whether Jake Paul has what it takes to defeat the heavyweight champion continues. Only time will tell if Jake Paul’s confidence will be enough to overcome the odds and secure a victory against one of the sport’s most formidable opponents.
