A San Francisco socialite who was once a prominent figure in elite tech circles is facing allegations of running a twisted scheme involving pimping out his girlfriend to Silicon Valley executives in order to raise money. Emilia London, who met Michael Gerold when she was 26 and he was 53, shared her story with the San Francisco Standard.

Gerold, who was known for frequenting exclusive clubs in San Francisco and claimed to have made his fortune in real estate, won London’s affection by showering her with lavish dinners and exclusive club invitations. However, their relationship took a dark turn when Gerold revealed that he was broke due to a messy divorce.

In a shocking turn of events, Gerold allegedly set up a profile for London on a “sugar dating” website and began selling her for sex. He would arrange “personal training” sessions for her, during which she would engage in sexual activities with bankers, venture capitalists, and a tech CEO. London estimated that she engaged in these acts about 60 times over a year and a half, with Gerold profiting over $100,000 from the arrangement.

London detailed her ordeal in family court while seeking a domestic violence restraining order against Gerold. Following her revelations, more women came forward with accusations against Gerold, with a police report listing 10 alleged victims of rape or drugging.

Notably, Gerold has a controversial past, including being charged in military court in 1999 with the rape and indecent assault of a West Point graduate, although the charges were later dismissed. His ex-fiancee claimed that he pressured her to work as a stripper, while his first wife accused him of financial irresponsibility.

Furthermore, Gerold allegedly misrepresented himself as a wounded military veteran, wearing military honors like the Bronze Star and Purple Heart without actually receiving them. He used this false identity to solicit donations from a veterans nonprofit organization, but failed to account for how the funds were used.

Despite the allegations against him, Gerold denied many of the accusations, labeling London as a “pathological liar” and refuting claims of rape and drugging. He also denied coercing his ex-fiancee to work as a stripper and dismissed the accusations made by multiple women as false.

In an effort to conceal his past, Gerold reportedly paid a substantial sum to an online reputation management company to suppress negative search results. His actions have drawn comparisons to notorious figures like Jeffrey Epstein, with critics accusing him of manipulating his image and exploiting vulnerable individuals for personal gain.

The scandal surrounding Michael Gerold continues to unfold, with ongoing investigations and legal proceedings shedding light on the disturbing allegations against him.
