In a departure from his minimalist spring 2026 collection, which was influenced by artist Georgia O’Keeffe’s New Mexico home, Choi’s new collection is all about having fun and embracing the boldness of the ’80s. “Last year was tough for the fashion industry, and we wanted to feel lighter. That’s why we went for this big ’80s influence,” Choi explains.
The collection features a mix of sporty functionalities, femme fatale tailoring, and decadent details. Standout pieces include a black and white eyelash-feathered column dress that shimmers with every movement, and capes-cum-blazers with cinching buttons that allow for versatile silhouettes. Choi, known for his background in menswear, also plays with traditional black tie codes, incorporating sharp shoulders and asymmetric designs for a modern twist.
Despite the bold and edgy elements, Choi manages to maintain the brand’s soft temperament with sweeter, more tranquil pieces. Tiered lace dresses, parachute-style pants, and jersey sets in pastel shades of mint, butter, and pistachio add a touch of femininity to the collection.
