Matt Prokop, a former Disney star, found himself in hot water on Christmas Eve when police came to arrest him in Victoria, Texas. According to reports, Prokop was uncooperative and resisted arrest when officers informed him that he was violating the conditions of his bond in a separate case.
The incident report obtained by TMZ stated that Prokop answered the door but quickly slammed it in the faces of the cops. Additionally, he was booked for invasive visual recording for allegedly recording a victim in a bathroom without her consent. Furthermore, Prokop faced a separate charge of possession of apparent child pornography, with police alleging that he had between 10 and 50 depictions of child porn in his possession.
This recent brush with the law is just one of many troubles Prokop has faced, particularly in relation to his ex-girlfriend, “Modern Family” star Sarah Hyland. During their relationship, Hyland filed a restraining order against Prokop, leading to a court order for him to stay away from her for three years.
