Former Miami guard Hanna Cavinder is dedicated to maintaining her fitness even after her collegiate career has ended. She regularly shares her workout routines with fans on social media, providing valuable tips and insights for staying in top physical shape.

Despite her twin sister Haley being engaged to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, Hanna has been creating solo workout videos on their joint Instagram account. In a recent video posted on the Cavinder Twins account, she demonstrated how to have an effective quad day at the gym.

Hanna showcased various workout drills aimed at strengthening her quads while utilizing different equipment. She emphasized the importance of repetition and progressive overload for achieving results, stating, “you don’t have to overcomplicate it, repetition & progressive overload are the keys to results!!” Hanna also shared a workout program link in the bio for her followers to access.

With a substantial following of over 432,000 on their shared Instagram account, the Cavinder twins have a large audience to share their diet plans, exercise routines, and workout attire. Last year, they launched their fitness app called TWOgether, designed to help women streamline their workouts and nutrition through fitness plans and recipes. The app offers various workout programs, custom macro counts, and recipe guides available through a monthly subscription.

Hanna and Haley have been open about their struggles with restrictive dieting and achieving fitness goals, which led to the development of eating disorders for both of them. Despite these challenges, they continue to inspire their fans to prioritize their health and wellness.

As fitness enthusiasts and influencers, the Cavinder twins have been sharing their workout goals and routines since their college days. They aim to inspire others to lead a healthy lifestyle and prioritize their physical well-being through exercise and proper nutrition.

In conclusion, Hanna Cavinder’s commitment to fitness and her dedication to sharing her journey with her fans serve as an inspiration for many aspiring athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
