Pei Chung, the accused serial dine-and-dash diva, has faced yet another setback as she was evicted from her luxurious Williamsburg apartment by former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. The eviction, carried out by city marshal Robert Renzulli, involved changing the locks on Chung’s $3,500-a-month apartment located at 416 Kent Ave.

Chung gained notoriety for her repeated incidents of skipping out on paying for elaborate meals at upscale restaurants. Clad in designer clothing, she would pose as a food influencer, accumulating large bills that she had no intention of settling. Her exploits even extended to offering sexual favors in exchange for her meals at establishments like Peter Luger.

After being arrested multiple times for her dine-and-dash antics, Chung’s luck finally ran out when a judge set her bail at $4,500, leading to her incarceration at Rikers Island. In addition, she was ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation.

The financial troubles for Chung didn’t stop with her dining escapades. Court documents revealed that she owed a staggering $40,000 in rent for her studio apartment, where she frequently posted provocative images of herself in lingerie on social media.

Following her eviction, Chung’s belongings, including furniture, clothing, and bedding, remained in the apartment. Renzulli noted that the landlord would need to consult with their legal team before taking any action regarding the disposal of these items.

As Chung’s saga continues to unfold, it serves as a cautionary tale about the consequences of living beyond one’s means and the pitfalls of seeking fame and fortune through deceptive means. The once-glamorous lifestyle of the dine-and-dash diva has now come crashing down, leaving her facing the harsh reality of her actions.
