Construction Progresses on LeBron James’ Beverly Hills Estate

The construction of LeBron James’ lavish Beverly Hills estate continues to move forward, despite the NBA star’s slow start to the season.

Recent photos of the property, obtained by the Post, exhibit crews working diligently as the massive mansion begins to take shape.

In 2020, James purchased the property for $37 million, which is approximately twelve miles from Crypto.com Arena. After demolishing the existing structure, he began constructing his dream home in 2023 following the acquisition of necessary permits.

Although progress was initially slow, the latest images reveal significant advancements in the construction process.

According to Realtor.com, James’ estate will consist of two separate mansions, each equipped with luxurious amenities tailored to the needs of the NBA’s all-time leading scorer.

Architectural plans obtained by the outlet reveal that the larger mansion will be a two-story structure with a basement garage spanning 7,700 square feet. The property will feature a backyard pool, a spa, and panoramic views of Los Angeles.

Additionally, an outdoor kitchen and solar panels capable of powering the entire estate are reportedly part of the design.

The second mansion is said to include hot-and-cold plunge pools.

Both residences will be safeguarded by 10-foot-high fencing, a state-of-the-art alarm system, and a guard house at the entrance of the property’s long driveway.

While the exact move-in date for James remains uncertain, speculation suggests that once settled, his eldest son and Lakers teammate, Bronny James, may occupy the smaller mansion.

On the Court

LeBron officially began his 2025-26 season on Tuesday night, aiding the Los Angeles Lakers in a 140-126 victory over the Utah Jazz. He contributed 11 points, three rebounds, and 12 assists in the impressive win.
