Former attorney from Paramount Global, Todd L. Calvin, has joined the esteemed boutique firm The Kelley Firm. He will operate from the firmâs newly established office in Beverly Hills.
Calvin recently held the position of senior vice president in business and legal affairs at Paramount Global, where he was pivotal in negotiating and drafting major deals related to the development and production of original live-action scripted content for Paramountâs streaming and linear services, which includes Nickelodeon, TV Land, and Paramount+, as well as for external platforms like Netflix and Hulu. His comprehensive background encompasses production legalities and music deals, such as recording contracts, composer agreements, synch licenses, publishing rights, touring, and concert agreements.

At the beginning of his career, driven by a love for music, Calvin was involved with the San Francisco Opera, where he managed the rehearsal department. He also serves as president emeritus of the board for the Los Angeles Opera League.
Calvin holds a degree from the University of California, College of Law, San Francisco (previously UC Hastings) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. He is a member of the California State Bar.
