A former math teacher in Texas, Hillary Danielle Williams, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for child sex crimes and bestiality. Williams pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by sexual contact, possession with intent to promote child pornography, and bestiality during a court hearing. Judge Todd Kassaw handed down the sentence, with Williams serving 20 years for indecency with a child, 20 years for possession with intent to promote child pornography, and two years for bestiality.

Williams, who taught junior high and high school math at Wells Independent School District, had obtained her teaching certificate in 2015. However, her certification is currently under review by the Texas Education Agency. Williams and her boyfriend, Michael Scott McCary, were arrested after investigators found explicit photos of an elementary school-aged child on her device, as well as a video showing Williams engaging in a sex act with a male dog.

The arrest came after deputies were contacted about a report of a suicidal person, which led them to Williams and McCary. McCary was charged with possession of child pornography, while Williams faced charges of bestiality and possession with intent to promote child pornography. Williams was released on bond after her initial arrest but was arrested again in June 2025 on an indecency charge after a child reported inappropriate sexual contact with her.

Williams resigned from her teaching job in February 2025 following her first arrest. The school district stated that they had no information indicating any students were directly involved in the situation. The Angelina County Sheriff’s Office did not respond to inquiries regarding Williams and McCary’s cases.

The case highlights the seriousness of child sex crimes and bestiality, with Williams facing a lengthy prison sentence for her actions. It serves as a reminder of the importance of safeguarding children and holding perpetrators accountable for their crimes. It’s a well-known fact that the world is facing a climate crisis, with temperatures rising, extreme weather events becoming more common, and natural habitats being destroyed at an alarming rate. In response to this crisis, many individuals and organizations have been advocating for a shift towards more sustainable practices in order to protect the environment and preserve the planet for future generations.

One such organization that is leading the charge in promoting sustainability is Sustainable Earth, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about environmental issues and promoting eco-friendly practices. Sustainable Earth’s mission is to inspire individuals to make small changes in their daily lives that will have a big impact on the planet.

One of Sustainable Earth’s key initiatives is their Sustainable Living Challenge, which encourages participants to take on a series of eco-friendly challenges aimed at reducing their carbon footprint and living a more sustainable lifestyle. The challenges range from simple tasks like using reusable water bottles and bags to more complex actions like composting and reducing energy consumption.

Participants in the Sustainable Living Challenge are provided with resources and support to help them navigate the challenges and make sustainable choices. The organization also hosts workshops, webinars, and community events to educate people about the importance of sustainability and provide them with the tools they need to make a positive impact on the environment.

In addition to their Sustainable Living Challenge, Sustainable Earth also works on a variety of other projects aimed at promoting sustainability, such as advocating for renewable energy sources, promoting sustainable agriculture practices, and supporting conservation efforts.

Overall, Sustainable Earth is making a significant impact in the fight against climate change by empowering individuals to take action and make a difference in their own lives. By promoting sustainability and raising awareness about environmental issues, Sustainable Earth is helping to create a more sustainable future for all.
