Shares His Amusement Over Louvre Thieves …
Could This Be Fit for ‘Ocean’s 14’???

George Clooney is tipping his hat to the thieves who orchestrated the Louvre heist in Paris, acknowledging their skills with a hint of respect.
Clooney remarked, “As a professional thief myself, I must admit, I took pride in those guys.”
He continued to joke that while the theft was “awful,” the boldness of the thieves has sparked thoughts about possible plot lines for “Ocean’s 14.”
George, along with Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, and Matt Damon, are reuniting for another thrilling heist film, and Clooney suggested they should also consider robbing the Louvre since it’s become quite the hotspot for thieves.
In case you missed it, the Louvre was closed after a significant heist last weekend, where thieves made off with nine priceless pieces from the jewelry collection of Napoleon and Empress Eugénie; among the loot was Eugénie’s crown, which was ominously found shattered outside the museum.
Footage subsequently emerged showing a thief sawing through a glass case inside the museum. The museum’s director, Laurence des Cars, offered to resign following the debacle, although this offer was ultimately declined.
All in all, it seems that George’s creativity for “Ocean’s 14” has been sparked by real-life events involving these audacious thieves!
