On May 21, Rudy Giuliani, former US Attorney, ex-New York City mayor, and author of The Biden Crime Family: The Blueprint for Their Prosecution, made an appearance on Steve Bannon’s War Room. The focus of their discussion was Giuliani’s proposed strategies for prosecuting the Biden family.
Giuliani deftly interwove his prosecutorial framework with pointed observations on Joe Biden’s purported mental incompetence.
He subsequently presented his evidence regarding alleged quid pro quos involving the Biden family and foreign governments.
“The individuals who facilitated this cover-up are guilty of treason,” Giuliani asserted.
“If the President of the United States is non compus mentis [not of sound mind, thus legally incompetent], we are doing a grave disservice to our country by allowing him to remain in office.”
“In my book [The Biden Crime Family], I reference information from Hunter Biden’s hard drive that the FBI and Attorney General had access to as early as December 2019.”
“Hunter Biden’s psychiatrist, Keith Ablow, questioned Joe Biden’s ability to recall details due to his dementia.”
“Hunter reportedly replied, ‘Not much, these days.’”
“Ablow stated, ‘Any man who can triumph over dementia is a giant.’”
“Hunter found that comment amusing.”
“Discussions about Joe Biden’s dementia were available almost a year prior to his presidential campaign.”
“There was ample evidence accessible to FBI Director Chris Wray and Attorney General Bill Barr. They allowed Trump to be impeached despite having definitive evidence that the impeachment related to the Zelensky call was entirely fabricated.”
“I am baffled as to why Barr isn’t under investigation, or why James Comey isn’t behind bars,” Giuliani remarked.

If President Trump were to appoint Giuliani as Special Counsel, he has laid out a comprehensive framework for prosecuting the Biden family once he leaves office.
“I would initiate several investigations and then assess how they could be consolidated,” Giuliani explained.
“Initially, I would conduct the investigation detailed in my book—the RICO case against the Biden family, which would include four specific acts of bribery involving Russia, Ukraine, and approximately eight distinct bribes from China.”
“For instance, Joe Biden reportedly amassed over $31 million from China. The first major action he took upon gaining control over Afghanistan was relinquishing the Bagram Air Base, located a mere 400 miles from China.”
“No rational American would surrender that base without some form of compensation.”
“He failed to address reparations from China for COVID and allowed fentanyl to infiltrate the U.S. at record levels, surpassing any other administration combined.”
“There are numerous quid pro quos associated with the Chinese funds received—actions no president, sane or otherwise, would undertake,” Giuliani contended.
Giuliani clarified the legal complexities surrounding the prosecution of the Biden family, particularly concerning the blanket pardons issued by Joe Biden on January 20, 2025.
“They would all be summoned before a Grand Jury, which is fundamentally different from those trivial Congressional Hearings,” Giuliani noted.
“The Grand Jury holds substantial power. The critical point is that Biden’s family would be compelled to testify. If they possess blanket pardons, they can’t incriminate themselves.”
“Should they refuse to testify, they face imprisonment, and if they commit perjury, they would be prosecuted. This is an essential step toward rectifying the flawed justice system we currently endure and ensuring it is equitable for all,” Giuliani added.
Giuliani elaborated on why he believes he is the ideal candidate for the role of Special Counsel.
“I am uniquely qualified for this task due to my extensive knowledge and experience, having never lost a case as a prosecutor—including some of the most challenging cases of the 20th Century,” Giuliani asserted.
“I would enlist those who helped me dismantle the Mafia, alongside some promising younger attorneys who are doing exceptional work.”
“No one knows this case better than I do. If there is a belief that someone else should handle the prosecution, I would gladly serve as a Special Advisor to assist them in navigating this complex landscape—anything to achieve justice,” Giuliani stated.
Giuliani emphasized that no individuals complicit with the Biden family would escape scrutiny during his investigation.
“Every member of that cabinet, who watched [Biden] ramble, had a duty to pursue the 25th Amendment. For four years, they compromised their country—this includes his wife, children, and family,” Giuliani declared.
“We’re looking at up to eight different conspiracies—crimes. When I refer to the Biden crime family, I mean this is the most criminal, deviant family to ever occupy the presidency. They’ve engaged in a spectrum of criminal activities, big and small. The fact that these actions remain undiscovered emboldens these Democrats [and the Deep State] to believe they can repeat their misdeeds,” Giuliani concluded.
On the topic of Joe Biden’s recent prostate cancer diagnosis, Giuliani drew on his own experiences with the disease, for which he has become an advocate. He suggested that a medical cover-up may have occurred among Biden’s family, doctors, and staff.
“I had prostate cancer 25 years ago and have been cancer-free since then. My father succumbed to prostate cancer because there were no tests available at that time. It’s improbable that someone develops that cancer in a mere two days; it typically takes around 20 years,” Giuliani asserted.
Ultimately, while it’s essential to wish well for each other’s health, the health issues of elected officials must not hinder the functioning of the government on behalf of the American people.
