A heartless criminal committed a heinous act outside a Target store in downtown Manhattan on Thursday afternoon. The incident took place at the Target located on East 14th Street and Union Square East, around 3:15 p.m., as reported by the NYPD.
According to sources, an elderly woman, aged 88, was violently shoved to the ground by an unknown assailant outside the store. The perpetrator then callously stole the woman’s cane before fleeing the scene. The victim sustained injuries and experienced pain throughout her body as a result of the attack. She was promptly taken to Lenox Hill Hospital, where she is currently in stable condition.
