Trump Takes Aim at Chuck Schumer During White House Event
During a recent address on the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, President Trump did not hold back in his criticism of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, notably drawing attention to what he described as the “transgender insanity” that his administration seeks to address. The President accused Schumer and other Democrats of supporting policies he deems detrimental to women’s sports, referring to Schumer as “our great Palestinian senator.”
In a pointed jab, Trump remarked, âHe used to like Jewish people. Now heâs totally against Jewish people,â in reference to Schumer, who is the highest-ranking Jewish lawmaker in the Senate. This comment is not an isolated incident; Trump has previously labeled Schumer as “Palestinian,” particularly after Schumer expressed support for Zohran Mamdani, a candidate for mayor of New York City with far-left views.
In a statement posted on Truth Social, Trump warned Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) that she should focus on her own political future rather than attempting to dethrone Schumer, whom he derisively referred to as “Cryinâ Chuck Schumer.” He emphasized that both she and her Democratic allies are facing historically low poll numbers, challenging them to pursue impeachment again, saying, âMAKE MY DAY!â
Trump: âAnd he entered the race, and he beat the champion woman by five hours and 14 seconds. Five hours, thatâs a lot. Think of it. Youâre waiting five hours for your beautiful daughter to come in. âCome on, baby, letâs go. You can do it.â He won by five hours and 14 seconds. It is crazy, and itâs so demeaning, and they donât want to change.â
I see it the other day, guys like Schumer, our great Palestinian senator. This guyâ no, heâs changed. He used to like Jewish people. Now heâs totally against Jewish people.
âItâs the most incredible transformation I think Iâve ever seen, but who would allow this to happen? In other sports, the same thing. Try the weight lifting numbers someday. You want to see some big differences. In a million years, the women will never catch these numbers. Itâs not going to happen, and itâs very demeaning to women, and I donât like it when itâs demeaning to women. So, weâre turning the country around fast. We love you all. Thank you very much, and good luck. Thank you.â
As reported by , this event in the East Room of the White House was part of Trumpâs effort to rally support for legislation aimed at cutting taxes for the working class, enhancing border security, and fulfilling various campaign promises. The so-called One Big Beautiful Bill is positioned as a centerpiece of Trump’s second-term agenda.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt expressed confidence that Republicans would deliver the bill to Trump by July 4, anticipating a signing ceremony for the Act ânext week!â
