The highly anticipated Honkai Star Rail 4.0 livestream has finally revealed the upcoming banner schedule, much to the excitement of Trailblazers. The update is split into two phases, each featuring different limited-time 5-star characters that will accompany Yao Guang and Sparxie. Let’s delve into the details of all the Honkai Star Rail 4.0 banners and explore every character and Light Cone that players can expect during this patch.
Honkai Star Rail 4.0 First Half Banners
Characters
When Honkai Star Rail version 4.0 launches, players can acquire the new Elation unit, Yao Guang, as well as the returning characters Black Swan, Evernight, and Hysilens. While a new destination is being introduced, the 4-star roster remains unchanged.
During the first phase, three 4-star characters will be featured in all gacha banners. Players also have the opportunity to obtain every unit from this rarity. Here are all the characters available during the first phase:

The pity system carries over between these banners.Furthermore, three 4-star Light Cones will have a boosted drop rate on the banners, allowing players to specifically pull for them. Characters
In the second phase of Honkai Star Rail 4.0, Sparxie’s limited-time banner will be live alongside the rerun characters Sparkle, Cerydra, and Rappa. Players can use their Special Passes to acquire the desired unit. Similar to the first half, the second phase gacha banners will also feature three 4-star units. - 5-star: Rappa (Imaginary, Erudition Path)

Light Cones
During the second phase of Honkai Star Rail 4.0, Sparxie’s signature Light Cone will be available. Additionally, the 5-star LCs of the rerun units will be featured in a separate banner alongside “Dazzled By a Flowery World.” Despite multiple Light Cone banners, the 4-star units with boosted drop rates will remain the same.
