New Unscripted Series “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Now Streaming on Hulu
After much anticipation since its initial tease in January, the original unscripted series “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” has finally made its debut. All six episodes of this captivating docuseries are now available for streaming on Hulu.
Produced by Jeff Jenkins Prods. (“Bling Empire,” “My Unorthodox Life”), the series delves into the scandalous world of a group of Mormon mom influencers who find themselves caught in a swinging sex scandal that garners international headlines. The sisterhood is rocked to its core as faith, friendship, and reputations hang in the balance. Will #MomTok survive the fallout and continue to defy societal norms, or will the group face a downfall?
The trailer for the series, released in August, offers a peek into the constrained lives and marriages of the wives. One participant reflects on their upbringing, stating, “We were raised to be these housewives for the men, serving their every desire” and sharing the pressure to have children at a young age.
The series will explore the wives’ journey from obscurity to online fame and the controversy that threatens to disrupt their newfound success.
Featuring participants such as Taylor Frankie Paul, Demi Engemann, Jennifer Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Wessel, Mayci Neeley, Mikayla Mathews, and Whitney Leavitt, the series offers an intimate look into their lives and struggles.
