Anjelica Huston Shares Update on Cancer Diagnosis and Friendship with Jack Nicholson

Anjelica Huston and Jack Nicholson were once a Hollywood power couple, dating on and off from 1973 to 1990. Despite their romantic relationship ending, they have maintained a strong friendship over the years. However, due to their busy schedules and the inconvenience of road work near Nicholson’s home, they rarely get the chance to see each other.

Speaking about their limited visits, Huston shared, “Life gets in the way. Also, for some reason, they’ve been doing endless rerouting and road work near his house, so it takes hours to get to him, and that’s always irritating. I always managed to be late going to see him, which is very irritating for him.”

Recently, Nicholson has had a new reason to check in on his friend after she publicly revealed her cancer diagnosis. While Huston has chosen to keep the specifics of her diagnosis private, she did mention that she is now “in the clear” and has gained a new perspective on life.

According to Huston, she received her diagnosis shortly after the release of her film John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum in 2019, catching her completely off guard. Reflecting on the moment, she said, “That was a very serious moment for me. It’s not something that came lightly.”

Despite facing this health scare, Anjelica Huston remains resilient and determined to move forward with a positive outlook. Her openness about her journey with cancer has not only strengthened her bond with Jack Nicholson but also inspired others to prioritize their health and well-being.
