Historical Events on this Day:

On January 23, 1986, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame welcomed its inaugural members, including Chuck Berry, Little Richard, and Elvis Presley.

In 1368, China’s Ming dynasty began as Zhu Yuanzhang was proclaimed Hongwu Emperor, marking the end of the Yuan dynasty.
