A former Westchester police officer, Nicholas Tartaglione, who has been convicted as a murderous drug dealer and is serving four consecutive life sentences, is reportedly attempting to secure his release with help from a notable anti-vaccine influencer, Jessica Reed Kraus, who has connections to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Tartaglione, 57, was convicted in 2023 for his involvement in the kidnappings and homicides of four men in 2016. As reported by The New Yorker, he is collaborating with Kraus, who has taken an interest in his case, to challenge his conviction.

During an interview, Kraus, who has transitioned from a mommy blogger to a significant influencer supporting President Trump, assured Tartaglione that she could assist him in obtaining a presidential pardon, stating, “Trump is known as the pardon president.” Tartaglione has maintained his innocence and claims that he was framed.

Tartaglione’s involvement in gruesome crimes has drawn significant media attention.

Known on social media as JRK, Kraus has been in communication with several inmates for various stories. She boasts over 1.3 million followers on Instagram but faced backlash for seemingly mocking Epstein’s victims shortly before the financier’s death in 2019.

In an Instagram Story, Kraus controversially shared a black screen captioned, “I was raped 25 times on the island,” before adding a provocative comment about travel choices to the island. This post sparked outrage online.

Jessica Reed Kraus has become a notable figure in the anti-vaccine movement.

Kraus, who aligns with the pro-MAGA movement, received the first phase of Epstein’s files earlier this year and has been vocal about her opinions regarding the #MeToo movement. She encourages her followers to scrutinize the narratives surrounding Epstein’s victims, suggesting they consider the choices made by individuals involved in their situations.

Her support for RFK Jr. has also been vocal, as she documented his journey in health politics, applauding his firing of thousands of HHS employees and the rollbacks on COVID-19 vaccine research.

Kraus has shown her support for RFK Jr. publicly, especially during his presidential campaign.

Tartaglione’s criminal record is severe; he was implicated in the murders of Martin Luna, Miguel Luna, Hector Gutierrez, and Urbano Santiago over a cocaine deal gone wrong. After kidnapping these individuals from a club, he was found to have strangled one victim while forcing the others to witness the horrific act.

Tartaglione’s connections with notorious figures add layers to his complex case.

His actions led to all four bodies being discovered buried on his property in Otisville, New York. One of his accomplices committed suicide in 2017 amid the investigation, while another received a prison sentence after pleading guilty to one of the murders.

Throughout his trial, Tartaglione bizarrely claimed that he was running an animal rescue and was not motivated by money, even as evidence mounted against him.

Kraus has yet to respond to requests for comment regarding her initiative to assist Tartaglione.
