The MA Curatorial Practice program at the School of the Visual Arts (SVA) equips students with comprehensive skills in curating across various vital aspects. Our two-year master’s program encompasses history, theory, practical exhibition-making, and extensive networking to prepare graduates for success in the professional world, guided by globally acknowledged curators.
Join us for our inaugural information session about the program online on September 18 at 10:00 AM (EDT). Additional sessions are scheduled for October 16, November 13, and December 11. Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2026 admission.

Internationally recognized artist Ahmet Öğüt will present an overview of his work, emphasizing the significance of a daring curatorial approach in his artistic practice, including projects encompassing works by David Wojnarowicz, Marlene Dumas, Superflex, Alfredo Jaar, Harun Farocki, and many others.
