The 63-year-old is alleged to have committed the crime at their luxurious $1.6 million home in Pinetop, Arizona, amidst a contentious divorce proceeding. Kerri Ann was discovered deceased on November 20, marking a tragic end to their relationship.
Upon being extradited from California to Arizona, a judge decided to raise Abatti’s bond from $5 million to $5.5 million, indicating the seriousness of the charges against him.
