Justin Baldoni reveals that he is in need of time to heal from a challenging year, expressing his exhaustion and anxiety due to a significant amount of stress.

Baldoni poured his heart out during a face-to-face interview with Samir Mourani, the host of the “Gent’s Talk Podcast,” where he discussed the importance of self-care.

Justin shared his feelings in the interview conducted a month before Blake Lively made her initial court filing, accusing the actor-director of sexual harassment and a smear campaign. It is evident that his tumultuous experience with Blake on set has been a major source of stress for him.

During the November interview, Baldoni admitted to those close to him that he is struggling because he has not allowed himself the time to recover and heal from a demanding year filled with both professional success and emotional challenges for himself and his family.

Justin emphasizes the importance of checking in on his mental health and highlights the idea that “You don’t have to be perfect to be loved.”

In the 70-minute interview, Justin also shares about a vulnerable conversation he had with his father and friends during a trip to Northern California.

As previously reported, Justin and Blake have been entangled in legal disputes since the fallout from their film “It Ends With Us.”

In December, Blake filed a civil rights complaint followed by a lawsuit against Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment and a smear campaign.

Justin retaliated with lawsuits of his own against the New York Times and another against Blake and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

All these legal battles have created a massive headache for Justin, and it seems like he may be heading towards another year filled with intense challenges.
