HBO and HBO Max are celebrating early successes with two of their popular shows, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” and “The Pitt” Season 2, attracting large audiences. According to HBO, “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” has been averaging close to 13 million viewers per episode in the U.S. The show is on track to become the third biggest series debut in the history of HBO Max. With five out of six episodes from the first season already released, the season finale is set to air on Feb. 22. Episode 5, titled “In the Name of the Mother,” has already garnered 9.2 million U.S. cross-platform viewers within the first three days of its release. The show has been experiencing week-to-week growth in viewership, except for Episode 4, which aired early due to the Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8.

Meanwhile, “The Pitt” Season 2, a critically-acclaimed medical drama set at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, has been averaging around 12 million viewers per episode. This marks a significant 50% increase from the show’s first season, with consistent week-to-week growth in viewership. With six episodes already aired, Episode 7 is set to premiere today, with Episode 6 already drawing in 7 million U.S. viewers in its initial three days.

In addition to these successes, HBO’s “Industry” Season 4 continues to perform well, with the sixth episode reaching a new series high of 1.1 million viewers per episode within the first three days. The season has been outperforming its predecessors in terms of viewership. Furthermore, the premiere episode of the new HBO late-night series “Neighbors,” which debuted on Feb. 13, has already accumulated 2 million U.S. viewers since its release.

The popularity of these shows highlights the strong lineup that HBO and HBO Max have to offer, attracting a diverse audience with compelling storytelling and engaging characters. Fans can look forward to more exciting episodes and developments as these shows continue to captivate viewers across the country.
