Kylie Jenner Joins Charli XCX in A24’s The Moment Cast Reveal

Charli XCX is set to star in her upcoming A24 film The Moment, featuring a star-studded cast.

This mockumentary-style project showcases a pop star’s journey through the complexities of fame as she prepares for her first solo tour.

Not only is Charli (whose full name is Charlotte Emma Aitchison) taking on a lead role, but she is also the brain behind the concept. The screenplay was penned by Aidan Zamiri and Bertie Brandes, with Charli serving as a producer as well.

In October 2025, the cast for The Moment was officially revealed, featuring established actors like Alexander Skarsgård and Rachel Sennott. Additionally, Kylie Jenner will be making her acting debut in this film. The cast also includes British artist Shygirl and Charli’s frequent collaborator A. G. Cook, who will both act and contribute original music to the film.

As of October 2025, specific details regarding the roles of the cast members have not yet been disclosed. While a release date for The Moment is pending, it is anticipated to hit theaters in 2026.

Charli XCX

While many recognize Charli XCX for her hit album Brat, this isn’t her first foray into acting. She has previously voiced characters in animated features like The Angry Birds Movie and UglyDolls.

Earlier this year, she garnered attention for her guest appearance as herself in the series Overcompensating. Charli also took on a leading role in Erupcja, which made its debut at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, along with her appearances in 100 Nights of Hero and Sacrifice.

Alexander Skarsgard

Alexander Skarsgård garnered fame for his role in the HBO series True Blood, which aired from 2008 to 2014. He has since made appearances in numerous films such as The Legend of Tarzan and The Northman. Skarsgård received both a Golden Globe and an Emmy for his performance in Big Little Lies. Recently, he featured in the sci-fi television series Murderbot.

Rosanna Arquette

Rosanna Arquette rose to prominence in the 1980s with her outstanding performances in The Executioner’s Song and Desperately Seeking Susan. Her filmography also includes titles like Baby It’s You, After Hours, The Big Blue, Nowhere to Run, Pulp Fiction, Crash, and The Whole Nine Yards. On the television front, she has appeared in Ray Donovan, The L-Word, and more recently, in Presumed Innocent.

Isaac Cole Powell

Isaac Cole Powell started his career on stage in Broadway productions, notably the 2017 revival of Once on This Island and the 2019 revival of West Side Story. He recently took on the role of Jay Gatsby in Gatsby: An American Myth. Powell is also recognized for his debut performance in the film adaptation of Dear Evan Hansen.

Kate Berlant

Kate Berlant is celebrated for her comedic performances, prominently in the series Search Party and as a voice actor in BoJack Horseman.
