During the sobriety exercises, officers noticed multiple signs of impairment as Odom struggled with various tests such as the finger-to-nose, walk-and-turn, modified Romberg balance, and one-leg stand. He exhibited swaying, loss of balance, premature test starts, missed heel-to-toe steps, pauses mid-test, and stepping off the designated line. Additionally, eyelid tremors, repeated failures to touch his nose, and a significant misjudgment of time were noted.
