Lola Young experienced a stage collapse during her performance at a music festival in New York City, occurring just a day after she had to cancel another concert due to what she described as a “sensitive matter.”
The British singer was in the midst of belting out her hit “Conceited” at the All Things Go Music Festival Saturday evening when things took an unfortunate turn. Eyewitness videos shared online captured her powerful voice commanding the crowd, abruptly interrupted as she requested a moment for some hydration.
As her demand for water was acknowledged, Young stumbled backward and then collapsed onto her back. Members of her team, including her keyboardist, quickly rushed to assist her off the stage.
After the incident, Lola took to Instagram to reassure her fans that she was “doing okay,” expressing her gratitude for their support during this worrying episode.

Prior to the incident, she had shared with the audience that she had endured “tricky couple of days,” but details remained sparse.
Earlier reports indicated that the “Messy” singer had canceled her previous appearance at Audacy’s We Can Survive concert. Her manager, Nick Shymansky, emphasized that “Lola is open about her mental health” and mentioned necessary precautions taken to prioritize her well-being.
Attempts to follow up with Shymansky for further updates regarding Young’s condition have not yet yielded a response.
