Mark Sanchez was captured on video wandering for around 20 minutes in downtown Indianapolis prior to his altercation with the alleged victim … and this recently surfaced footage chronicles almost his entire movement.
TMZ Sports has secured surveillance footage detailing the timeline of events involving the former NFL quarterback — starting at 12:05 AM when the alleged victim, Perry Tole, arrived in his service vehicle … until 12:30 AM, when Sanchez was seen fleeing the area, injured from stab wounds.
Upon Tole’s arrival, he drives down the alley … where Sanchez seems to be already moving. After Tole parks, he goes out of view, leaving unclear whether they encountered each other, but 7 minutes later Sanchez emerges from the alley … appearing unsteady.
At this moment, Sanchez does not appear hurt and does not seem distressed.
As Sanchez exits the alley around 12:14 AM, he appears to be disoriented. Roughly 90 seconds later, he returns, heading in the opposite direction … at this point, the sequence takes a bizarre turn.
Sanchez approaches the alley but refrains from entering … pausing briefly before he resumes a slow walk down the sidewalk, disappearing from view. Nearly 6 minutes later, he reappears and stands at the entrance of the alley, leaning against a wall for a couple of minutes.
A bystander walks by Sanchez and they appear to share a few words, yet no physical contact occurs. Moments later, Sanchez walks down the alley towards where Tole had parked.
Initially, he hides behind a dumpster, then begins jogging towards Tole’s location until he is out of camera range.

Between 12:25 AM and 12:30 AM, police state this is the period when Sanchez reportedly pulled Tole from his truck, instigating Tole to use pepper spray and stab Sanchez, while Sanchez allegedly threw Tole to the ground, resulting in a serious facial injury for Tole.
By 12:30 AM, the Fox Sports analyst is seen exiting the alley at a swift pace considering his injuries, then slows down as he reaches the street, revealing a blood-stained shirt at that moment.
Seven minutes later, officers from the Indianapolis PD and the fire department flood the vicinity, erecting crime scene tape and proceeding down the alley to assist Tole … who, at 12:47 AM, was transported out on a gurney.
Meanwhile, Sanchez remains in the hospital recovering from his injuries, yet he has been charged with felony battery involving significant bodily harm, along with three misdemeanors … and could face up to 6 years of incarceration if found guilty.
Authorities indicate they have reviewed multiple recordings capturing the event.
