After four successful seasons, the popular HGTV show “Married to Real Estate” is sadly coming to an end. Co-hosts Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson took to Instagram to share the news with their fans. The couple, who had just returned from a family trip to the Mediterranean, expressed their gratitude for the four incredible seasons of the show, as well as for their supportive fans and thriving businesses. Despite the unexpected news, Sherrod and Jackson remain optimistic, believing that sometimes setbacks can lead to new opportunities in disguise.

The series, which first premiered on HGTV in January 2022, followed the couple as they helped clients in Atlanta, Georgia, find their dream homes. Over the course of 44 episodes, viewers got a glimpse into the real estate experts’ professional lives as well as their personal dynamics as a married couple and parents of three daughters.

Prior to “Married to Real Estate,” Egypt Sherrod hosted HGTV’s “Flipping Virgins” from 2015 to 2018. The couple also appeared as judges on Season 2 of “Rock the Block” in 2021, returning to compete in Season 3 and ultimately winning the season.

The news of the show’s cancellation was met with disappointment by fans, but the couple remains hopeful for what the future holds. “Married to Real Estate” was produced by 51 Minds Entertainment, and Warner Bros. Discovery has not yet commented on the decision to end the show.

As Sherrod and Jackson navigate this new chapter in their careers, fans can expect more updates from the couple in the near future. While the end of “Married to Real Estate” may be bittersweet, the couple is looking forward to what lies ahead and are grateful for the experiences and opportunities the show has brought them. Stay tuned for more updates from Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson as they continue their journey in the world of real estate.
