Donna Langley, the chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios, has finally revealed her executive structure after weeks of speculation. In a corporate shuffle in November, Langley took on the role, and on Thursday, she unveiled her new setup. Matt Strauss, the recently named chairman of NBCUniversal Media Group, also shared his new structure.

Langley’s division, now known as “Universal Television Entertainment Group,” will be overseen by Pearlena Igbokwe, the chairman of Universal Studio Group. Igbokwe will now take on oversight of NBC Entertainment and Peacock’s scripted programming in addition to her studio duties. This includes scripted, unscripted, late-night, live events, specials, and all scripted originals for Peacock. Frances Berwick, the current NBCUniversal Entertainment chair, will shift her focus back to Bravo and oversee unscripted content for Peacock.

Jenny Storms has been tapped as the chief marketing officer of NBCUniversal Television & Streaming, handling brand strategy, integrated marketing, media, and consumer engagement for all entertainment content and sports. Additionally, Liz Jenkins will serve as the chief business officer, overseeing content strategy, TV acquisitions, strategy, and business operations across the entertainment and studio groups.

The senior team will also include Jimmy Horowitz, Pete Levinsohn, Lissa Freed, Evan Langweiler, Chris Miller, and Adam Moysey, collaborating to enhance collaboration, streamline decision-making, and deliver world-class television experiences to audiences everywhere.

Langley’s sole greenlight power over content and marketing spending across film, TV, and streaming came after Comcast announced plans to spin off most of the NBCUniversal cable networks into a separate organization. This move also coincided with Mark Lazarus taking over to run the new company.

Strauss, on the other hand, announced his leadership team for the NBCU Media Group, including Mark Marshall, Shannon Willett, Matt Schnaars, Rick Cordella, Ken Bettsteller, Earl Marshall, Jim Denney, Patrick Miceli, Will Gonzalez, Courtney Rowe, Andra Shapiro, and Joanne O’Brien. These appointments aim to position their brands for long-term success and drive continued growth across the portfolio.

The restructuring will bring together Television Studios, NBC Entertainment, Bravo, and Peacock programming as one cohesive organization, bolstered by fully integrated Marketing and Content Strategy teams. The leadership teams under Langley and Strauss will work collaboratively to lead the industry in creativity, innovation, and seize growth opportunities while delighting audiences across all platforms.

The memos from Miller, Langley, and Strauss to staff on Thursday highlight the commitment to building something extraordinary and positioning NBCUniversal for future growth. The changes aim to drive success for the networks, platforms, and key stakeholders, ushering in a new era of media excellence.
