The New Orleans Police Department is currently on the lookout for a burglary suspect who went on a wild rampage wearing a werewolf mask. The suspect, identified as Keddrick Demon Jones Jr., was caught on security footage breaking into a local store on Chef Menteur Highway in the dead of night.
The 19-year-old suspect was captured on camera jumping over a fence at the rear of the business before breaking down the back door around 1:15 a.m. Jones Jr. was initially unmasked while hopping the fence but quickly threw on his beastly hood before wreaking havoc inside the store.
Once inside, Jones Jr. used a crowbar to break into the cash registers and stole cash. He also grabbed merchandise and stuffed them into black plastic bags before fleeing towards Stemway Drive. The New Orleans Police Department has warned that Jones Jr. could face multiple charges, including burglary, criminal damage, and unauthorized entry, if apprehended.
The comical incident has garnered attention on social media, with many amused observers leaving comments on the wanted post. Some joked about the suspect’s appearance, with one person suggesting that the police should look for a confused guy with a ripped shirt.
