Comparative Email Scandals: Biden vs. Clinton
In an intriguing twist of political fate, Joe Biden’s email debacle may surpass the infamous scandal that plagued Hillary Clinton. Both figures navigated turbulent waters concerning the use of private communication methods, yet Biden, like Clinton, has evaded criminal charges associated with his alleged misuse of burner phones and private emails during his tenure as Vice President.
Special Counsel Robert Hur appears to have overlooked Biden’s private email activities, raising eyebrows and questions about the thoroughness of the investigation.
The National Archives previously disclosed through a FOIA request that they identified 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files linked to Biden’s known pseudonymous accounts: [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].
Behind Closed Doors: The 2014 Oil and Gas Negotiations
Newly unveiled documents shed light on a rather curious dichotomy in Biden’s public and private actions during 2014. While vocally advocating for sanctions against Russia, he was simultaneously engaged in clandestine negotiations for an oil and gas deal that would benefit his son, Hunter. According to Just The News, this private correspondence was kept from the American public for over a decade.
During Biden’s vocal leadership against Russia’s aggression in Ukraine, he allegedly utilized his vice-presidential authority to facilitate Russian gas exports to Ukraine. This backdoor maneuver coincided with Hunter’s interests in the Ukrainian energy sector, as revealed through private emails that were recently released, albeit largely redacted, to Just the News under an open records lawsuit, and in full to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, which is scrutinizing potential corruption involving the Biden family.
The emails confirm that Biden played a discreet but pivotal role in enabling Russia to resume natural gas supplies to Ukraine, a process publicly credited to Germany and its then-chancellor, Angela Merkel.
“Ukraine gas deal was just signed. The Germans earlier indicated to Tony that your call had come at a critical moment,” wrote Jeffrey Prescott, Biden’s Deputy National Security Advisor, in an email dated October 30, 2014, directed to Biden’s private account. The email appears to reference then-Deputy Secretary of State Tony Blinken, a long-time Biden ally who would later ascend to become his chief diplomat.
New documents obtained by @JustTheNews/@jsolomonReports call into serious question whether former Special Counsel Hur ignoring Joe Biden’s use of pseudonym email accounts was purposeful in its design to ignore evidence of what the Bidens were doing with classified information https://t.co/E6HVYezRDu pic.twitter.com/QjO1I2wSZK

Public Scrutiny and Private Briefings
John Solomon, founder of Just The News, recently appeared on Bannon’s War Room to delve deeper into these unredacted documents revealing Biden’s dealings with his son Hunter while he served on the board of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma.

Moreover, email records released by the National Archives indicate that Biden was briefed on a sensitive North Korean missile launch via his private email account, further compounding concerns about Special Counsel Robert Hur’s apparent failure to investigate Biden’s use of burner phones and pseudonymous emails.
